Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients in need of structured cabling solutions, including commercial buildings, data centers, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, architects, contractors, and IT professionals.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate structured cable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client specifications.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate project specifications and timely delivery of products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and profitability targets.
• Provide exceptional post-sales support, including addressing customer concerns, coordinating installations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the structured cable industry or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling systems, including copper, fiber optics, racks, and cabinets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and key stakeholders.
• Ability to understand client needs, provide technical guidance, and offer tailored solutions.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
